Eligibility & Age Requirements

- You are operating the account in your own name and for yourself, not on behalf of a third party.
- You have never previously been banned from mcwws.
Providing a false age or identity will result in immediate account termination, and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.
Account Registration & Security
Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
- It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and ensure the security of your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify mcwws support immediately.
- Proof of identity and address may be requested for account verification.
- Transferring, selling, or giving your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
mcwws may initiate a verification process at any time and reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.
Financial Transactions & Payment Policy
Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at mcwws: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
- Minimum deposit amount for all methods: ৳100.
- The owner of the depositing account and the mcwws account must be the same person.
- Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly; if there is any delay, please contact support.
- mcwws does not charge any transaction fee, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.
Withdrawal Rules
Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method (to the same payment account).
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while an account verification process is underway.
- Funds from any active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions for that bonus have been met.
- If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, withdrawals may be held pending additional verification and investigation.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus & Wagering Conditions
mcwws offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.
- Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not the deposit.
- Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- While a bonus is active, only your own deposited funds can be withdrawn (not bonus winnings).
All promotions are at mcwws's discretion and may be changed or cancelled without prior notice. If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
VIP Program & Cashback
mcwws operates a three-tier VIP program for regular players. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
It is possible to advance to a higher tier through continued activity. Cashback is credited directly to the account and has its own wagering conditions.
Gameplay & Prohibited Activities
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to betting and gaming activities on the mcwws platform:
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- mcwws reserves the right to void results caused by technical errors or system failures.
- For sports betting, results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant governing body.
- Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.
- Winnings obtained by exploiting software errors or abnormal circumstances will be voided.
All game results are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures fair play.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited at mcwws and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
- Operating games using bots, scripts, or automation tools.
- Risk-free betting using any specific strategy to meet bonus wagering conditions.
- Attempting to intrude into the platform's systems, software, or security.
- Unauthorized access to or fraud against another user's account.
- Impersonating an mcwws employee or support team member.
In cases of suspicious activity, mcwws may be obligated to provide information to law enforcement authorities.

Account Closure & Final Provisions
Account Suspension & Closure
mcwws may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
- Involvement in fraud, deception, or suspicious activity.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
- Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.
If an account is legitimately closed, verified deposits and legitimate winnings will be returned, but bonuses and associated bonus winnings will be cancelled.
A user may also voluntarily close their account by contacting support. In this case, the opportunity to withdraw the remaining account balance will be provided.
Changes to Terms & Validity
mcwws reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be published on the platform.
If any clause of these terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. Any dispute arising from this agreement will be addressed through negotiation.
